Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on printed-to-order items.
Every Creatine & Gratitude shirt is printed on demand specifically for you using premium heavyweight 6.5oz ring-spun cotton with direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Because each piece is custom-produced, we cannot restock or resell returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.
Wrong Item or Size
If you received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no charge.
If you ordered the wrong size, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange since each shirt is printed to order. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly after your order is placed, cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at hello@creatineandgratitude.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
