Creatine & Gratitude started the way most real things do -- between two friends who kept showing up. Joseph and Andrew met through a shared commitment to the gym, but what kept them coming back wasn't just the training. It was the conversations between sets. The questions about purpose. The slow, honest realization that taking care of your body and taking care of your soul aren't separate pursuits.
Neither of us grew up quoting scripture in the squat rack. Our faith journeys are still unfolding -- and that's the point. C&G isn't about having all the answers. It's about being public with the pursuit. About wearing what you believe so the world knows where you stand, even when you're still figuring out exactly what that looks like.

What's the fit like?
Athletic cut -- fitted through the chest and shoulders, slightly tapered through the body. These are made for bodies that have been earned. Fits similar to Comfort Colors 1717 or Next Level 3600. If you're between sizes, size up.
What's the fabric?
5.3oz preshrunk heavyweight cotton (Gildan 5000). Heavyweight enough to feel premium, soft enough to train in. Pre-shrunk. These hold up wash after wash.
Where are they printed?
Printed in the USA using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology. Vibrant, durable prints that won't crack or peel. The gold hits different in person.
What's the return policy?
All sales are final. Every shirt is printed on demand just for you. We stand behind the quality -- if there's a defect, email us at hello@creatineandgratitude.com and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Standard delivery is 5-10 business days after that. Free shipping on orders over $75.
What sizes are available?
S through 4XL. Every design, every size. No exclusions. Check the size guide on any product page for exact measurements.
Can I buy all six?
Yes. And you should. Six shirts at $42 each = $252. That's well over the $75 threshold, so shipping is free. One for every training day.
Is this a Christian brand?
C&G is for anyone who believes the body is a gift worth taking care of. The verses are real. The faith is real. But you don't need to have it all figured out to wear it. If you train with gratitude and treat your body with respect, this is for you.
